Empowers teams to “own” their book of business and established the accountability associated with ownership
Proven track record of growing business – from both a new and organic perspective
Desire to build new versus embrace the old
Strong change management leadership skills
Strategic lead on all med comm NB opportunities
Experience non-negotiable:
Specialty, high science category experience
Digitally savvy
Understands the need to measure outcomes
NB pitch leadership
Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic advisor to clients
Experience nice to have:
Will consider individuals without a traditional healthcare agency background
Experience leading teams who are managing with more than $30 million in business
Specific experience in specialty and rare disease categories
Ability to navigate within a large agency network
