GSPS Job Description
The Global Stock Plan Services Section Manager will manage and lead a team of 12-15 Service Professionals. The Section Manager is responsible for assuring work is allocated to and completed timely and accurately by the service professionals. The candidate should be confident, adaptable, excellent at problem solving, have the ability to elicit timely and accurate work product from other members of the team. Position responsibilities include partnership with client manager for proper facilitation of corporate plans; oversee large trades; online navigation, and overall account maintenance.
A successful Section Manager will oversee the other team members and assure they meet targets for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual service level obligation; work with line of business management in coordinating team meetings, compliance training and preparation of performance reviews. A successful Section Manager will also handle individual and integrated service professional coaching.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent management experience and a broad understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
