In this role you will be responsible for selecting the appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet a defined business objective. You will work closely with product managers and senior leaders across business units as well as various roles across multiple departments, to ensure the successful execution of the research and analysis. The output of the research will be used to recommend business strategies and product enhancements to meet customer and business needs.
Your work will be a major factor in the design and long term strategy GoDaddy products and services in terms of product functionality, customer value, new offers for our valued customers and GoDaddy strategic business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Establish customer research practices that meet GoDaddy’s SAAS/subscription model and provide both leading and lagging indicators for the business.
Work across organization to consolidate customer data collection present a holistic view of GoDaddy’s customer base and key insights.
Conduct initial, basic analysis of research and work with other business analysts on large projects.
Lead product of and present customer insights and reports throughout GoDaddy and at all levels to drive change: a) Raise awareness of GoDaddy’s customers, b) Improve decision-making on use of resources and c) Increase customer acquisition, value and retention
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Psychology or related field required
At least 6 years of direct work experience required.
Led a major part of or all of a customer insight and research practice in a major, consumer-facing brand
Experience in selecting, implementing a wide variety of research methodologies
Has worked in-house for a SAAS-based business
Has worked in a highly-matrixed and fast-paced organization
Demonstrable strong quantitative, qualitative data storytelling, presentation and communication skills that can adapt from C-suite to large audiences.
