Be the Expert on New Product Introduction Process (NPI). Guiding and/or leading OpenDNS to “Normal Business Operations mode” within Cisco based on current product set. This can include, but is not limited to: MSP through Cisco, BGPMon, Investigate and guiding our MSSP team through the process.
General guide/advisor for Products team as they partner with Cisco Product Management
Responsibilities:
Be the Expert on New Product Introduction Process (NPI). Guiding and/or leading OpenDNS to “Normal Business Operations mode” within Cisco based on current product set. This can include, but is not limited to: MSP through Cisco, BGPMon, Investigate and guiding our MSSP team through the process.
General guide/advisor for Products team as they partner with Cisco Product Management
Lead ISR GTM implementation and responsibility for upsell revenue to broader OpenDNS Platform offerings
Extend and Scale the OpenDNS GTM SaaS structure successfully into Cisco
Create and execute strategy for GTM strategies. Potential examples: Customer Success within SBG, Channel Strategy/GTM, Compliance & Internationalization
Build strategy for OpenDNS Umbrella integration into other Cisco Product-lines - outside of the SBG.
Responsible for making QBR decks for Products team to present to Cisco
Partner with the Products and Analytics department to develop pricing and packaging for joint offerings.
Transition existing OpenDNS products to GPL (outside of scope of Integration team).
