Ensure regular team and project meetings with local, NA region, and international teams
are organized, executed, and documented.
Provide leadership, steering and managing of technical topics, for internal and external
manufacturing, supporting SC team.
Development of NA region
Set up and regular update of Masterplan for each plant.
Utilize manufacturing and engineering capabilities, standards, and best practices to develop strategy for investments and recommend future state needs.
Apply Henkel standards for equipment in the plants incl. respecting applicable local
standards & laws in each investment.
Lead, develop, and steer activates of the technical team at sites; Assure team skills are
state of the art.
Qualifications
Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
10+ yrs related experience in capital project management.
Special skills: Strong people leadership (5+ yrs.); technical mgmt. of engineering related teams; dev of NA regional engineers.
Influence and lead through capital requisition process; train teams requesting capital to ensure financial compliance.
Continuous manufacturing experience with hygiene expertise; preferably in CPG with liquids processing background.
Management of projects greater than $10M USD; experience with plant installations and start ups.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to prepare and deliver presentations.,
