The CRM Product Marketing team is looking for an accomplished product marketing manager. This is a hands-on, multifaceted, and dynamic position. They will be both the strategist and implementer, developing product messaging and positioning to support sales and marketing organizations.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and plans by product, theme, and/or audience (LOB: Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, etc)
Distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages
Articulate and communicate Oracle CPQ Cloud’s distinctive competence and the unique advantages in the market place
Work closely with sales organization to drive Go-To-Market initiatives and product launch efforts.
Develop compelling and differentiated content, including presentations, white papers, web copy, audio/video content, messaging guides, sales cheat sheets, collateral, etc.
Manage outbound product messaging, positioning, marketing, and deliverables
Support corporate marketing activities, including: offer-based demand generation, event kit creation, online advertising, Google keyword programs, and 3rd party tradeshows
Provide product messaging to meet a variety of internal and external needs including press releases, web site copy, newsletters, product guides, and event materials
Success Factors
Successful candidate must be a self-starter with “ownership” mentality and work well in a matrix organization. An ideal candidate has a strong background in product marketing, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, understanding of enterprise software and cloud computing, and a deep knowledge of customer relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications
Results-driven product marketing professional with the proven ability to deliver commitments on time:
Minimum of 4 years product marketing and/or solution experience
Expertise and a proven track record successfully marketing enterprise and/or SaaS applications
Deep knowledge of CPQ and Customer Relationship Management applications
Proven positioning and messaging skills
Ability to think strategically with tactical execution
Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills
Capable of producing compelling, high quality documents and presentations on short timelines
Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; MBA preferred
Work Location: Strongly prefer candidates based in Chicago Area; willing to consider qualified candidates based in any US-location. Will work remotely from home office as part of virtual team.
