Manage the overall investment of resources and funding in support of the Global Producer IT programs and present that investment plan and roadmaps at a senior executive level monthly as schedule, or daily if need.
Partner with Enterprise PM to develop world class tools.
Measure achievement of strategic capabilities in support of Global Commercial and Marketing strategies.
Drive the prioritization process to balance cost and benefit while delivering strategic capabilities.
Achieve and measure value realization.
Working closely with Shared Services and Delivery COEs, measure and monitor demand against resource availability.
Model portfolio scenarios to best enable strategic capabilities.

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years relevant experience. A Master’s Degree (or equivalent) and 6 years of experience preferred. However a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess knowledge of how to drive change and the IT Vision and is responsible for realizing the benefits of IT solutions. Most possess extensive knowledge of Portfolio Management concepts, practices and procedures.
Can reference situations where a high level of persuasive and negotiation capabilities were needed for a successful outcome.
Is able to see the larger picture, able to identify patterns or connections between situations not obviously connected; able to identify key issues in complex situations.
Ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis. Ability to draw inferences and use deductive reasoning with no prescribed procedures to solve complex problems.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English are required.
