Dealer/Sales Channel Support Director maintains overall responsibility for channel-specific new business creation and development of dealer relationships. Accountable for developing new marketing programs, meeting sales targets and providing effective dealer support. Position has responsibility for one or more of the following functions: Indirect Channel – Canon Authorized Dealer support.
Responsibilities:

Oversees program implementation and tracking; develops strategy regarding sales data and metrics reporting to stakeholders (Marketing and Reporting function)
Develops new business, maintains dealer relationships and achieves sales targets
Oversees the facilitation of quotes to dealers for upgrades and asset purchases, ensures proper initial entry of application information into Canon systems and achieves contact goals through management of inbound and external sales support team
Establishes relationships with dealer community, pursues sales opportunities, supports dealers with training and leasing expertise and gathers industry/dealer feedback through management of outbound sales and external support team
Independent Channel requires more outbound calls to develop new business with additional face to face interaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
5 - 7 years management experience
Operates independently, with decision-making ability within broad policy guidelines
Must be able to travel up to 10 days per month
