Sales Support
Work with premium clients and prospects to deliver our technology platform, develop and evolve the technology relationship
Take a leadership role and accountability in working with RFP Team to develop winning proposals and submissions (RFQs, RFIs, RFPs)
Delivery and Support
Work with Project Managers to schedule key deliverables
Create repeatable and scalable programs for launching and growing new and ongoing partnerships
Align with appropriate delivery teams to prioritize resources, onboard new clients and support existing deployments
Product Management
Contribute and provide guidance on product strategy, be the subject matter expert both internally and externally
Actively support product management communication, coordination, and issue resolution with the business and client base on technology business/product issues
Engineering
Translate customer business issues/opportunities into technical solutions/business requirements
Develop strategies to resolve technical impediments
Manage and consult on complex integrations
Information Security and Compliance
Coordinate with InfoSec to ensure that security questionnaires are responded to appropriately and the applicable operational controls are in place
Facilitate security assessment and SOC audits
Work with Compliance to ensure processes follow the appropriate policies and guidelines
Marginal Responsibilities
Sales - Enable sales teams through knowledge transfer and training
Delivery and Support - Coordinate with support personnel to address technical issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them. Report project status and measure performance of delivery teams.
Product Management - Gather and utilize intelligence from all interactions to drive new features and help maintain our product competitiveness
Engineering - Work with developers to define, test, and implement new features
Qualifications

Work Experience/Knowledge:
Minimum of 10 years experience working with technology products and external clients
Experience integrating vendor software with incumbent/proprietary back office systems
Experience in Financial Services (securities services preferred)
Knowledge of macro software architectures
Solid understanding of application layer protocols including HTTPS, SFTP, SSH, SAML
Database experience
Knowledge of technology stack typically found in financial services firms
Experience with virtualization and cloud infrastructure providers
Familiarity with agile software development practices

Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)
A BS in a technology related field (MS preferred)
