Job Description:
Lead the solutions and products technical and business strategy for the Fixed Network Solution Network Consulting & Operation Consulting in advanced technologies, which include SDN, Virtualization, Cloud, 4K, etc. Monitor industry trend and technology direction, analyze competitive landscape and provide market insight to executive leadership team.
Provide strategic technical and business consulting to Huawei’s top global accounts, and drive solutions and services sales. Initiate, develop and launch new solutions or services into the market through joint innovations with customers and partners. Build consulting team capabilities in new technology consulting, network transformation consulting, and end-to-end solutions consulting.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships at the executive level, regularly speak in CTO summit & industry forum to make and influence Huawei’s solution awareness in the industry. Identify business opportunities, scope new business offering based on Huawei solution and services, and deliver customer satisfaction in alignment with the global services practice.
Lead a global Center of Innovation team, establish and improve process for knowledge transfer and enhance field readiness, cover top 20 customers on a global scale.
Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years experience in service provider’s large-scale IP network professional services or product management, as well as a minimum of 5+ years of prior management experience.
Bachelors degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technical field, MBA a plus.
Well developed relationship building skills, with at least 5 years of proven experience in managing customers at executive level.
Ability to build the portfolio, methodology, business model, and process for new technology consulting practices.
In-depth understanding of typical vendors’ IP network architecture and solutions, experience with Tier 1 customer engagement, CCIE a plus.
Proven leadership in managing a global team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate to customers executives effectively.
Passion to adapt and work in a multi-cultural work environment.
Ability to travel internationally, 30% to 50%.
