Job Description:
A key member of the Infrastructure Strategy team, the Director, Supply Chain Planning – End to End role is responsible for leading cross functional teams to validate and implement strategic Product Supply System initiatives to scope, on budget and on-time that deliver the intended business results.

Specific Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Understanding the initiative then finalizing the overall business case with Finance, Infrastructure Planning and the Functions as necessary. Lead the business case review with Strategy PMO to make go/no go decision.
• Develop the overall program plan for all workstreams utilizing program management skills and operational effectiveness methodologies.
•Steward the change management plan through all implementation phases.
• Management of clear communication plan with status updates, risk assessments and contingency plans for all workstreams in each initiative.
•Associate to be assigned to lead initiatives that have been identified by Strategy PMO and will support overall Network Planning team for national initiatives.
•Manages a team of associates performing tasks similar to the above throughout the CCR network.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
8 – 10 years minimum; 10-15 years preferred
•At least five years of project management, planning or related work
•Experience in supply chain operations, planning or distribution logistics
•Experience working effectively with teams outside formal lines of authority to deliver results
•Change management experience
•Strong communication and influencing skills
•Business case development and value tracking experience
