Job Description:
We're looking for an outstanding leader for our cloud-based test automation organization. You'll own development and deployment of a sophisticated platform used by hundreds of partners worldwide, as well as a diverse set of internal teams testing and certifying Netflix-ready devices, Netflix apps on platforms like iOS, Android, and game consoles, the Netflix UI, and various backend production services.
You are a strong engineering executive, comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with highly dynamic demands on your team. You'll help gather requirements and guide your team to synthesize technology solutions that strengthen our internal and external partnerships while advancing the Netflix service. And you'll astutely apply business context when prioritizing and guiding their efforts.

Leveraging test automation infrastructure to achieve outstanding software quality
Desired domain experience:
Track record of building reliable and scalable service-oriented systems
Familiarity with cloud-based micro-service architectures; AWS experience a big plus
Experience launching new CE devices
In-depth experience leading the deployment of enterprise-grade production systems
Data-driven analysis and decision-making, informed by a passion for metrics
