Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Director, Market Development for our Big Deal Team and to join our Marketing business in our Dallas, Texas office, or from any U.S. KPMG office location, except in the Southeast region.
Responsibilities:
Manage large scale pursuits, marketing strategy and business development execution for the U.S. Firm
Drive the development and execution of the pursuit strategy, orals and coaching sessions
Develop pursuit timelines, client contact, and provide input to the proposal strategy
Create and deploy pursuit management tools and methodologies
Provide oral and behavioral coaching and strategic direction to Partners and teams, including pitch, proposal, site visit preparation
Qualifications:
Minimum twelve years of marketing, pursuit strategy, business development and client relationship management experience in the client service industry, preferably within a global professional services firm or large global corporate environment
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Minimum ten years of experience leading and coaching teams
Experience driving and synthesizing complex business development, including sales behavior, pursuit, orals and coaching strategy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, as well as client and prospect management tools and software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Ability to travel forty percent annually and work from any U.S. KPMG office location, except in the Southeast
