Job Description:
The Director of People Operations is a key leader within the People department, responsible for continuously advancing and improving human resources operational practices and procedures, implementing and leveraging HR systems, ensuring global compliance with regulations, and driving compensation, benefits, and workforce analytics. The Director of People Operations will oversee a team aimed at improving the employee experience using key data insights and offering efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:

Drive HRIS Implementation & Adoption - The team is leveraging new systems to improve efficiency across multiple day-to-day processes. You will be the leader and champion of the implementation, and a cross-functional partner across the organization to ensure the success of the project. Specific responsibilities may include supporting vendor analyses, capturing global business requirements, and identifying cross-functional systems integration needs.
Improve Workflow - Identify process improvements within HR and cross-functionally. You will have a keen eye for recognizing better ways to do things, building consensus, and exciting the team with your penchant for positive change.
Manage Global HR Compliance and Risk - Build and maintain a strong internal controls environment. Your broad HR functional knowledge and expertise will play a large role in ensuring our compliance with local and global regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley.
Report on People Metrics and Insights - We believe in the power of data. In this role, you will ensure data integrity and accurate reporting of all People department metrics. You will have a seat at the table to influence key business decisions by leveraging analyses and drawing impactful insights.
Oversee Global Benefits and Compensation - You will lead a team of specialists in assessing and offering employee benefits packages, and driving the compensation review cycle. Your experience with global benefits, executive compensation, equity packages, and compensation benchmarking will allow you to advise and guide the team in the right direction.
Develop and Manage Mobility Programs - Our global reach means a world of opportunities for our employees. In an effort to expand our employees’ career development options, you will be in charge of creating programs and managing budgets for international assignments, and supporting immigration and tax needs.
Basic Qualifications:

You have 10+ years experience working in HR operations, including systems, benefits, and compensation
You have implemented HRIS systems, with emphasis in operational excellence, project management, and metrics. You are a results-driven systems thinker, who is proactive, creative, and motivated to make thoughtful decisions. You will not hesitate to roll up your sleeves to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
You have led diverse teams through high-pressure projects, while taking time to invest in the development of your team members’ capabilities and careers
You have experience developing and overseeing global policy administration
You are familiar with global HR and labor compliance requirements


Preferred Qualifications:

You have prior experience in a professional services environment.
You have a track record of developing credibility within an organization by building relationships, influencing individuals across functions, geographies, and levels.
You are an excellent listener, can anticipate needs, and are unafraid to solicit feedback on a regular basis.
