Director Strategic Planning Analysis Change Management Loews Hotels New York City

Job Description:
Loews Hotels is currently seeking a Director of Strategic Planning, Analysis and Change Management to join the team. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies and programs that ensure success of the organization in monitoring and enabling successful execution of the strategic plan. S/he will support management in developing financial, operational and strategic programs, priorities and models for both short term and longer term planning.
More Specific Responsibilities Include
Develops and prepares the annual budget for the area of Strategic Initiatives. This includes controlling, tracking, adjusting, and monitoring revenue and expenditures with direction and guidance from Finance leadership
Establish and refine benchmarks and outcome indicators to measure and monitor progress of projects
Design and deploy tools, frameworks and methodologies in the areas of organization design, change management, and organization development
Monitoring investments made, investments left to be made and returns on investments
Analyze complex business problems, facilitate the design of innovative solutions, craft compelling business cases, gain cross-functional organizational support for the projects, and plan/oversee effective implementation
Present on status of strategic projects to senior executives. Prepare presentation materials included in board meetings
Work with employer brand & communication team to identify opportunities to communicate efforts being undertaken so team members remain aware of positive changes
Continuous monitoring of “cost-creep” post implementation of change agents
Enhance integration of strategic initiatives on overall business planning process
Assist in facilitation of strategic thinking sessions with senior leadership
Assist business units with tools for successful implementation of strategic activities
Ensure linkage of business activities to strategy


Required
5 – 10 years of project management experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Track record of success managing large scale projects in a multi-faceted organization. Experience in Hospitality a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-divisional functional teams
Ability to set priorities, establish clear expectations and execute identified strategies
Excellent Strategic Imagination
Proactive and Collaborative Mindset


Preferred
MBA or Master’s Degree.
