We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management with a strong background in multiple sourced media content, free products, and cross domain promotions all in an effort to drive the core products of the site.

Desired Skills and Experience
6-8 years of product management experience (or equivalent) with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch; a mix of prior product and software engineering experience is a plus (preferably in e-commerce)
Passion for emerging mobile & web technologies, and community building with demonstrated track record of execution
Full life cycle Product Management experience; conception, design, prototyping, wire-framing, usability research, development, implementation, delivery, etc.
Agile / Scrum experience; experience working with REST-based API platforms, XML, JSON, and modern development environments for web and mobile
Detail and results oriented
Deep understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web and mobile usage, including experience with social media
Ability to manage and deliver across highly cross-functional teams; able to network and develop key relationships
Deep analytical orientation as well as comfort with uncertainty
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with and understand technical subjects/emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace
BS degree in a technology-related field, plus either a technically-focused master’s degree or an MBA from a top program
