Responsible for development and attainment of sales objectives through subordinate sales personnel within single or multiple sales channels for a geographic area. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Directs teams led by Territory Sales Managers to manage dealer and national retail stores over a defined territory. Responsible for successfully achieving sales, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction within assigned geographical area and customer base; also responsible for hiring, coaching, and development within his/her territory. The territory can consist of a region or a densely populated market.

Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at the customer's site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.; traveling to and from the customer's premise for the purpose of engaging in sales activities; providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sales; researching and developing customer solutions with AT&T external partners, including design and engineering; and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities. Bachelors degree or related experience preferred. Experience:
5+ years indirect retail management, customer facing, sales experience, 2 years sales management experience preferred, excellent negotiating skills to achieving sales goals, analyzing sales trends, and operations management. Supervisory:
