In this role, you will be driving diagnostic insights and predictive analytics from a combination of behavioral, transactional, syndicated, and survey-based data. You’ll be working on a wide range of problems (ranging from product usage, marketing campaigns, and business strategy) to further our understanding of our customers and the effectiveness of our efforts in driving NPS and adoption. This position is based in Sunnyvale, CA and reports to the VP, Product Platforms.
Use business judgment, analytics, data collection and data mining skills to identify, prioritize, frame and solve complex product & marketing issues
Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and finance to create insights and turn them into implemented initiatives
Lead the development of our world-class predictive models that push the frontiers on our product & campaign monitoring and performance optimization
Suggest strategies for using and enhancing large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets to drive insights into our customers, product and marketing strategy
Manage multiple, high visibility projects at the same time in an intense, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment
Manage a 3 person and growing team to drive insights into increasing NPS and business performance
Desired Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience managing an analytical function in solving increasingly complex analytical problems and driving insights into implemented initiatives
Outstanding ability to understand the “big picture" quickly, identify key issues, structure analysis and prioritize output among many competing asks
Stand-out interpersonal collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to guide and/or personally undertake statistical, operations research and economic analysis
Proficiency with data warehousing, data-mining and analytical tools
High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to drive to action despite incomplete information and processes
Masters in quantitative degree. MBA and/or management consulting experience strongly preferred.
