Director OneLaunch Program Cognizant Malvern

Job Description:
The OneLaunch Program Director will lead the ongoing design, implementation and support for the OneLaunch contract commercial organization service offering. This role leads the OneLaunch customer experience and ensures high levels of client satisfaction with commercial launch experiences. The Program Director is the innovative force behind product and service design and evolution. The program director acts as the lead evangelist for the service offering and works with the Cadient business development team to pursue new business opportunities with biotech and emerging life science companies.
Essential Functions


Lead the OneLaunch solution team in the architecting,
Guide the vision and develop the roadmap for the future evolution of the OneLaunch offering.
Actively participate in business development opportunities for leveraging OneLaunch with biotech and emerging life science clients.
Inspire novel approaches to life science commercialization
Mentors, guides, and inspires commercial launch support and delivery teams.
Fosters positive and collaborative relationship between analytics, business process, enterprise information management, and CRM support teams.
Meets or exceeds assigned revenue targets by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address commercialization opportunities.
Seeks out and identifies new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients – ensures a continuous flow of business from client engagements.
Takes lead role in proposal development to ensure actionable, on-target and timely proposals are provided to clients.
Serves as a solutions-based expert and thought leader, internally and externally.
Identifies issues of importance to the industry/clients and works with Practice Leaders and/or Geographic Principals to develop tangible and commercial offerings.
Contributes to the enhanced awareness of the OneLaunch commercial offering in the market place, e.g. through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc.
Proactively mentors, coaches and shares subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver industry leading commercial innovation.
Communicates effectively with the company departments, team members and other project related groups to ensure the above.


MINIMUM Requirements


Must be self-motivated, have the ability to effectively communicate with diverse internal and external audiences and desire to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
Strong background in commercial operations, pharmaceutical product launch, and digital marketing.
Experience with SFA, marketing automation, and CRM technologies and services.
Proven ability to learn new skills and strategies and apply those to future projects.
Strong knowledge of life science customers, processes, and operations.
Moderate travel – approx. 25% - to client meetings, conferences and between Cadient offices as necessary.


MINIMUM Education And Experience


BA in marketing, technology or closely related degree required
15+ years life science and marketing experience
Majority of experience must have been gained from the drug/device/medical field or similar highly regulated environment
Experience in direct supervision and performance management of digital, commercial operations, or IT staff
