Senior Director Strategy Transformation Hawaiian Airlines Honolulu

Job Description:
Work with initiative sponsors and lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, deliver results, and ensure organizational ownership
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to frame and solve key strategic and tactical business issues for Hawaiian
Define, plan and manage a large, diverse portfolio of projects to completion, on-time and on-budget
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Manage external consultants and internal team resources
Lead, develop, mentor and evaluate team members
Negotiate commercial terms and contract with external vendors
Identify and scope initiatives that have the potential to significantly change and improve how HA does business

Basic Requirements
MBA
10+ years professional experience with at least 3 years consulting or strategic planning experience
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to analyze complex data and present to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to persuade leaders across organization
Management experience with a proven ability to lead and motivate in a complex, deadline-driven environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Project management experience
Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications
Quantitative/analytical undergraduate degree or work experience
Airline or related industry experience
Experience presenting to senior executives
