Job Description:
Product Management helps chart the course of new Identity capabilities and services as they emerge. As a Director Product Management you must bring a level of strategic focus and business awareness to our work. You must be passionate about, and represent the voice and needs of our players and internal partners—game and publishing teams. You will be capturing and analyzing global business requirements, and drive those into world-class solutions that deliver the wow-factor to EA Identity experiences.

You will have leadership for creating Identity platform services, strategize product positioning, work with the development team to determine product functionality, and drive product launches.

Key Responsibilities
Define the vision, long-term product strategy, and roadmap for the Identity platform
Identify and document business cases, requirements and planning for new and innovative Identity capabilities geared at optimizing player engagement
Partner with gaming and marketing teams to link technical capabilities to their strategic vision
Research on trends and patterns in market; perform industry research and competitor product analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and document product requirements
Design features and functionality in line with business requirements
Identify and mitigate Account Security risk (bots, ATO, cheaters, etc.) in close collaboration with Risk and Compliance teams
Manage business priorities and monitor progress throughout the product development process
Work with UX Designers to ensure delivery of optimal user experiences
Work with Program Managers and Engineering to support vision and deliver against plan and targets
Ensure clear communication and coordination across business, design, and development teams. Escalate and resolve risks or misalignment
Prepare and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful launch execution and adoption
Manage products through their life cycle—introduction, growth, maturity and ending stages
Own the results. Analyze KPI’s and use them to drive decision-making about the future of the product
Become the go-to person for Identity. Develop best practices


Experience & Education
7+ years in Platform Product Management
Demonstrated product management leadership
Proven track record of building great consumer-facing and back-end Identity products
5+ years of digital experience. Digital gaming is a plus
In-depth Identity business, risk and technical domain knowledge. Familiar with OAuth 2.0
Deep understanding on large scale platform capabilities and enough technical depth across these capabilities to assess risk and deliver cutting edge solutions
Solid understanding of usability and user-centric design principles
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner across complex organizations
Used to software development processes like Agile or Waterfall
Advanced degree with a focus on business or product management, Master’s or MBA preferred

Natural ability to convincingly articulate complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders from different functions
Used to work alongside and present to senior management
Deep understanding of, and a passion for, the digital gaming space
