Job Description:
•Perform financial modeling of healthcare companies’ financial statements, including revenue and expense projections, working capital change projections, accounts receivable and inventory changes, government reimbursements, medical recalls, and capital expenditures related to on-going operations and due to state and federal regulations.
•Review capital structures and advise on potential accounting, tax issues and SEC disclosure requirements.
•Perform financial, accounting and business due diligence including review of financial statements, liaising with doctors, scientists, and clinical trial managers, questioning accountants and audit chairperson and interacting with client lawyers.
•Conduct complex financial analysis, structure and execute highly complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings for public and private corporations, all types of capital issuance (including debt, equity, private capital, and initial and secondary issuance) both domestically and internationally.
•Prepare client pitch materials, fairness opinions, Board of Director presentations, confidential information memoranda, client’s rating agency presentations and managing internal approval processes.
•Interact and maintain dialogue with clients prior to, during and after transaction execution.
•Develop and maintain relationships with key business leader to identify new opportunities for advisory assignments.
•Review and study regulatory changes including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement trends and advise clients on potential impact.
•Monitor capital market conditions.
