We are looking for a VP of Engineering to join our team. As one of our strategic engineering hires, you will play an active role in shaping the team, product and company culture.
Design the underlying architecture for our software from the ground up
Design a development plan and prioritize features and engineering hires
Advise on hiring for key members (mobile, full stack)
Communicate and work with non-technical team members
Design our engineering workflow and process
Actively shape our early technology and company culture
What You Need for this Position
What You'll Need
2+ years of experience as a Engineering Manager
4+ years of experience in engineering
On Demand technology product and engineering experience a plus
Analytical problem solving talent
Knowledge of the full stack and mobile integrations
A technologically diverse background and the willingness/ability to quickly learn new technologies
A product-first approach to building software (you care about the real world functionality of your programming)
A belief that code must be well-tested
