As the Director of Employment Brand, you'll have the unique opportunity to build the employment brand of one of that most recognized brands in the world. The Director of Employment Brand role at Visa doesn't only impact the prospective employee.
The role is uniquely and strategically positioned as part of the Global Employee Communications function to ensure seamless integration between the prospective employee experience/promise and the overall employee experience. As part of the Global Employee Communications function, the Director of Employment Brand heavily influences decisions, communications, programs and events that bring the Visa employee experience to life.
The unique nature of the role requires deep cross functional partnerships across our global organization and a keen ability to lead by influence. As Director of Employment Brand, you'll be closely aligned with the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion and Marketing teams. You'll have access to the global leaders of the organization, learning more than you ever thought possible. The Director of Employment Brand role requires both strategic thinking and smart execution. In your role you'll be responsible for developing and stewarding the global employment brand. This means developing processes to align and empower the global team, evaluating and determining strategy and execution at industry events, building relationships with local agencies that are at the forefront of driving new thinking and opportunities in the technology field, developing tools, resources and programs that set Visa apart as an attractive, sought after employer of choice.

10+ years of experience required in employment branding or related field
Proven ability to lead by influence
Event planning experience
Experience in and familiar with talent acquisition and/or recruiting strategies required
Demonstrated leadership competencies: Solid communications, relationship, project management, budget management
Proven track record in leading large scale projects and setting clear priorities
Exceptional writer
Ability to identify improvement opportunities and translate into actionable solutions
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple urgencies simultaneously
