We are looking for an ambitious Director of Data Insights and Analytics with a passion for big data, perfect numbers, and insightful analysis. As the organization evolves so has its dependence on data - we are looking for a leader to expand the ways we get data into the hands of decision makers and developers across our multiple businesses. Great candidates will be able to understand the big picture needs of a publicly traded international eCommerce business and deliver information with speed, accuracy and clarity.
Establish and build a data science team focused on customer and contributor insights
Responsible for data and audience governance across all Shutterstock products and brands
Leverage Shutterstock's large customer and contributor data set to develop hypotheses for strengthen our marketplace
Establish data-driven and actionable customer segments
Data visualization across products
Requirements
Must have experience with analyzing large data sets including segmentation methodologies and predictive models
Has a passion for delivering actionable insights
Strong communication and presentation skills
