Job Description:
Develops and provides strategic direction on all advertising and brand partnerships to align with overall station goals.
Cross-functional collaboration with other department and divisions to identify opportunities.
Develop thresholds to evaluate ROI of all advertising and off air partnerships.
Attend, participate and contribute to cross-functional meetings.
Enhance / leverage relationships (Internal and External) to look for new opportunities.

Coordinate local station campaigns, supporting the Station, Station Group, Network initiatives, local events and specials.
Assist the GM with daily operational projects. Planning, organizing, set-up, executing special projects, presentations and events
Ability to successfully build positive client relationships
Oversee station contest on all platforms
Oversee promotional and marketing agreements with strategic partners

Marketing/Promotions

Create, Produce, Plan, Organize, Write, Shoot, Edit and Execute exceptional (on and off-air) promotional, marketing and branding (local & network) campaigns.
Produce News/Sweeps/Image Campaigns
Daily placement/control, of promo/P.S.A. inventory of the air logs.
Produce and execute network initiatives at local level.
Design, order and maintain promotional premiums.
Plan, organize, staff and execute Station/Client/Network events, festivals, concerts, health fairs, etc.
Station ambassadors/liaisons

Advertising

Oversee and control marketing and advertising budgets
Initiate campaigns and strategically collaborate with network.

Integrated Marketing

Seek potential partners and negotiate advantageous deals.
Develop budget to support partnership endeavors and prepare rationale.
Ability to understand big picture trends
Ability to negotiate

Sales/Commercial Production Support

Support sales teams with creative ideas, artwork, audio/video files, etc. needed to enhance their presentations.
Occasionally meet with the clients, help pitch, brainstorm, plan, create, produce, write, shoot and edit award-winning spots with proven results. Qualifications/RequirementsRequirements:
5+ years of strategic planning and/or strategic marketing experience
Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in marketing, advertising, communications or finance)
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
Previous management experience required
Excellent multi-tasking ability
Extensive Knowledge of the U.S. Hispanic market
Media sales knowledge and understanding
Must be a self-starter, highly organized with the ability to multi-task
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Flexibility and composure to work on tight deadlines and multiple projects. Strong follow-up skills
