Job Description:
This key sales and partner position is responsible for new market development and execution of Jawbone’s Corporate Wellness business. Success factors will be the ability to establish commercial relationships and drive sales of Jawbone’s hardware, software and services. The successful candidate is a partner driven leader with broad fitness/health/ wellness industry knowledge, enterprise/SaaS experience, and fitness consumer electronics product understanding and passion.
Direct experience with wellness and healthcare is highly advantageous, with a proven track record of negotiating long term, high value B2B deals being essential. It is incumbent to bring to the role an entrepreneurial spirit, team orientation, desire to win, and a strong sense of purpose of helping people and employees live better.
Desired Skills and Experience
Attain revenue objectives by overseeing the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposals, presentations, program execution, and account renewals.
Define, evolve and execute the sales plan, revenue goals, target accounts, prospecting pipeline, and market activity specific for your accounts.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Jawbone, customers, and third parties to identify customer needs, ascertain opportunities, design solutions, and implement programs to achieve high levels of execution, service excellence, and client satisfaction.
Be the primary account interface with corporate customers and with health plans, payers, providers, and wellness partners. Secure and manage relations with HR, finance, and C-level decision makers.
Provide strategic consultation, foster strong relationships, and be a trusted advisor to prospects, clients, and partners. Assist clients in wellness program development and implementation.
Skills & Qualifications
A proven business leader with 8+ years of B2B sales and business development success, with a strong preference to experience in the health and wellness industry, software as a service, and/or HR solutions.
Extensive commercial experience leading major partnerships and sales programs, interfacing with C-level decision makers and influencers.
Strategic capabilities with the ability to rigorously define, prioritize and execute across various customer profiles to maximize sales and revenue results.
Highly developed partnership orientation, both external and internal, with a focus on customer and operational excellence.
Solution, consultative, or strategic sales expertise, applying creativity in problem solving and new business creation, and identifying emerging revenue opportunities that translates to revenue.
Strong preference to those with health/wellness experience including working with Human Resources personnel, corporate benefits, health plans, benefits consultants, and wellness buyers and implementers; Has a book of applicable business and contacts.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree a plus.
Travel up to 30%.
