Senior Director demand generation will be responsible for digital customer acquisition and retention as well as customer insights and marketing analytics. The selected individual will have a proven track record of managing digital customer acquisition campaigns. Responsibilities:
Serving as marketing automation/CRM (Marketo / Salesforce) power user, spearheading marketing campaign (email, webinars, etc) and data entry SOPs and framework for testing, execution of campaigns, reporting, and analysis
Creating, managing and optimizing email marketing templates and campaigns
Creating, managing and developing online marketing campaigns (webinars, downloads, email marketing, etc) that drive customer acquisition and converse
Define a “sales ready lead” using lead scoring technique
Define marketing analytics and create dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of our marketing campaigns: database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, overall campaign performance
Performs daily analysis of all campaign performance and makes necessary optimizations
Designs campaign experiments for optimization and presentation to management
Construct optimal workflows/process management procedures and ensure accurate synchronization between MA tool and Salesforce.com database
Coordinating and institutionalizing the closed-loop lead generation process that provides relevant information from “campaign to close”
Setting up technical framework for lead nurturing campaigns
Auditing leads, identifying unqualified leads and funnel into marketing automation / Marketo nurturing programs until qualified
Streamlining and establishing process for managing distribution lists and contact groups in marketing automation Marketo
Extracting data and compiling list pulls using a combination of tools including marketing automation / Marketo, Salesforce, and Excel
Deliver regular activity, ROI and performance reports, manage the tracking infrastructure for each program and summarize results with recommendations
Managing SEO and SEM initiatives including creating, managing and optimizing landing pages, email sign up pages and conversion pages

Ability to work well cross-functionally with other teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making
Must be excellent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management applications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, a related field and/or equivalent education required
Five to eight years customer marketing experience require
Background with customer acquisition marketing for a technical product or service; technology experience a plus
Understanding of telecommunications and technology industries a plus
Experience with directory functionality, social networking technology, marketing automation, email campaign management, and content management software
Exceptionally strong analytical, communication and relationship management skills.
