Job Description:
LogMeIn is looking for a Director of Web Strategy for its growing Connected Products and Customers group. This online guru will oversee the web strategy for Rescue, BoldChat and Xively product lines. Running point on increasing online customer traffic, improving the customer experience, converting traffic to customers, and ultimately driving the business to meet the Company's revenue and profitability goals. Reporting to the VP/Marketing for the CPC group, the Director of Web Strategy will work closely with the Directors of Product Marketing for each product to tell a compelling, cohesive story across these critical web properties.
Establish and build key internal and external partnerships in support of increased profitability regarding customer service, marketing, site design, order fulfillment and technology advancement.
Drive new site functionality & feature initiatives working closely with developers assigned to each product group.
Identify, recommend, and implement new functionality or solutions to drive channel demand.
Direct efforts to optimize existing site features including recommendation zones, on-site search, navigation hierarchy and faceted navigation.
Identify and implement enhancements to existing features to drive improvements key performance indicators including product page view rate, content consumption, conversion, and revenue per visit.
Oversee efforts to regularly capture, summarize, and utilize qualitative and quantitative site assessment inputs to identify market trends, best practices, and new solutions or solutions providers that should be considered and/or applied.
Establish and cultivate a culture of test and learn. Owning and managing a test plan; continually identify and test new ideas with the goal of driving increased revenue per visit and an improved customer experience across all device types.
Work closely with the integrated marketing programs teams to make recommendations on all initiatives that best support the direct-channel and provide acceptable and measurable ROI.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you bring to the table?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business discipline required, MBA is a plus.
Minimum 7+ years of experience within e-Commerce/Digital Marketing space.
Experience working in computer, SaaS, technology would be a plus, but not a must!
Forward-thinking marketing/technical/finance-focused leader.
Experience defining and implementing innovative solutions and content strategies that led to growth within an online channel.
Strong foundation in developing across digital devices, including desktop, mobile, tablet, etc.
Proven ability to utilize quantitative inputs to identify trends and behaviors and subsequent actions to take to drive improvements in the online channel.
Proven success influencing and driving results through cross-functional team members.
