The Program Director is responsible as the lead contact for CU COM on projects with multiple CPMs, primary customer interface for the delivery of projects as well as managing the work of CPMs
Responsibilities Include
Primary point of contact for CU COM to communicate program status, customer issues, and program finances on projects including multiple CPMs or single project on which Program Director is working
Manage overall performance of CPMs to ensure projects are on time, program budget has not been exceeded, and exceptional customer service has been provided.
Handle issues from CPM, escalating to Region VP or CU COM when appropriate
Drive consistent Ways of Working for all the CPMs across all the CUs within a given region.
Serve as primary customer interface for delivery of project including communicating timelines, issue resolution, and project budget
Manage delivery of project by tracking timelines, resolving issues, reviewing and approving change orders, and managing project budget (does not include management of frontline resources and day to day execution of site delivery, which are responsibilities of Market Director)
Perform operational follow-up of the projects together with the CPMs and CU COM, consolidating information on portfolio level
May serve as CFR on local or regional programs – Responsible for CFR tasks when assigned CFR role
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred
