Director Product Management Global Selling Amazon Seattle

Job Description:
Amazon.com is looking for a strategically-minded Product Director to drive cross-border Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) capabilities in Europe. FBA leverages Amazon’s global fulfillment and customer service network for third party sellers who want to grow their business on and off Amazon websites in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. FBA enables customers to take advantage of Free Super Saver Shipping and Amazon Prime on third party items, while sellers can focus on selling rather than shipping.


Responsibilities

As Sr. Product Manager you will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy and roadmap of a cross-border European FBA program. This role is inherently cross-functional—you will work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance and executive teams to bring products to market. Other responsibilities include:
Develop business cases which define opportunities that leverage FBA capabilities to drive the European business.
Develop core product management documentation, including user scenarios and detailed business requirements.
Interact with key business stakeholders to define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs), as well as release-specific success metrics.
Evaluates technologies and identify opportunities to innovate and improve our capabilities
Bring an eye for user experience and design to ensure features drive high adoption and seller delight
Performs as a Amazon Global Selling (Europe) FBA SME to senior management and key stakeholders within FBA.
3+ years post MBA, or 5+ years work experience performing relevant, innovative, product management job functions; ideally with a focus on international business
Experience working cross-functionally with the likes of designers, engineers, and business leaders to generate buy in for the product direction you are setting.
Experience in developing, delivering and executing on a strong product vision and roadmap
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
