Our growing mobile team includes individuals with a deep and broad enterprise mobility background as well as Oracle technology experts. Together we are taking on some of the most interesting challenges in enterprise software today. As part of our continued investment in our enterprise mobility offerings we are looking to complement the Mobile Cloud Service with a Director to lead the software development.
We are also looking for developers to support this effort. You will be leading a team selecting the technology and developing the analytics platform. Oracle is using open source software where possible and develops differentiating technology when necessary.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of highly talented developers
Evaluate technologies and components to implement the architecture and make recommendations on which to use
Work with the leadership from User Experience Design, Product Management, Development, QA, and Documentation to plan implementation in an agile fashion with quarterly releases
Represent the product and the team within and outside of Oracle
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Passion for user friendly software and a commitment to a design driven approach to software development
Track record of innovation and execution
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
BSc/MSc/PhD in computer science or related field
