Job Description:
The Director of Leadership Development is responsible for partnering with executive leaders, HR and other business leaders to develop and implement solutions that align with key business strategies and enhance organizational performance. The position assesses, designs, implements, manages and evaluates leadership development strategies and programs. This role also coordinates training and initiatives to improve overall organizational effectiveness and performance.

Responsibilities
Partners with executive leaders, HR and other business leaders to develop and implement global solutions that align with key business strategies and enhance organizational performance. Assesses the long-term and short-term global business goals and translates into actionable global leadership development plans and then plans, develops and executives on action plans Manages, enhances and continues to develop and deliver a scalable and sustainable approach to developing capabilities of Fiserv leaders Proven experience in implementing and managing a full scale (internal/external facing) Learning Management System (LMS). Develops experiential learning programs, support processes/tools and success metrics Provides consulting expertise, guidance and support around leadership development strategies to support key performance indicators. Manages and enhances Fiservs current Leadership Development curriculums based on participant feedback and alignment to business metrics and goals Orchestrates leadership development activities, programs and processes through the management of projects, programs through vendors and /or internal resources Supports direct and difficult conversations with various levels of leadership within the organization through program content and curriculum development Applies problem-solving skills to effectively and creatively resolve business issues Supports internal clients in all aspects of managing their leadership-related learning needs ensuring effective roll-out of enterprise programs Up to 25% travel required Completes other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Adult Education, Human Resources Management or Business Administration required
M.Ed. or other advanced degree(s) and Certification in Instructional Design or Adult Learning desirable
Ten (10) plus years of progressive HR experience required; Three (3) + years of work experience in the design, development, and leadership of effective learning and development programs for mid to large size companies.
Strong analytical skills, as well as knowledge of Leadership development and business metrics
Experience in working in a matrixed, multi-location, shared services environment preferred
International experience required
Ability to speak a second language, preferred.

Certified Situational Leadership facilitator
Certified in Hogan Assessments
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Highly skilled facilitator, ensures communications are succinct, persuasive and tailored to level of audience, highly credible and persuasive in face to face settings, reads audience well, powerful presenter, handles difficult audiences well, diffuses tension, controls the room.
Practical knowledge of Instructional Design, as well as familiarity with authoring tools such as Lectora, Captivate, Articulate and SCORM requirements, as well as platforms such as Skillport, Workday, and Learning Management Systems
Strong project and program management skills
Practical knowledge of the ADDIE model and its application
Knowledge and ability to perform education analysis, job function analysis, task Analysis and audience analysis
Experience in 360 Assessment tools (e.g. 3D, Hogan) to provide coaching and developmental feedback to Senior Leaders
Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, multiple priorities, and demanding customers, in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment requires a strong program/project management orientation to orchestrate and administer numerous HR activities, programs and processes in a tight timeframe, and be able to deliver on time
Proven ability to understand complex business concepts and to be able to make solid judgment when faced with trade-offs
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills and has the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of executives and constituencies
Strategic planner with strong analytic ability, sound judgment and technical skills
Excellence in facilitation and negotiation skills with strong experience in influence and positive dispute resolution, while maintaining and fostering strong relationships
Strong critical thinking skills, an open minded approach and the ability to think on ones feet
High degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality
Ability to attract and build a learning and development team
