The Healthcare Advisory practice is aligned across:

Healthcare Provider, Healthcare Payers, and Pharmaceutical and Life Science. Our People & Change consultants help clients optimize their people strategy. This high performing team helps clients with human resources strategy, program delivery as well as develop the right organizational design. Additionally, they focus on driving change in leadership and culture, workforce planning and performance, and human resource operations and technologies -- leveraging change management and communications, capability development and training. Â Position/Program RequirementsMinimum Years of Experience: 10

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Degree(s) Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or Organizational Behavior

Knowledge Preferred

Demonstrates thought-leader level of knowledge and understanding of consulting on organizational design and operations within enterprise-wide, multinational corporations, in some of the following areas: business operations, talent management, change management, development and delivery of learning programs, project management, financial management, accounting, risk management and/or process improvement.
Demonstrates expertise with, and a consistent track record of, selling and leading efforts to build detailed organization designs, advising clients and providing support in the successful implementation of large-scale transitions from current state to future state organizational structures. This includes extensive knowledge of, and exposure to, approaches for building and enhancing client relationships and selling consulting projects.

Demonstrates a Proven Extensive Track Record Of Success Selling And Leading Large Scale Engagements And Managing Client Accounts In a Collaborative And Fast-paced Environment, Including Leveraging MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word To Accomplish The Following

Driving relationship with senior client counterparts, ensuring buy-in in term of scope, objectives and deliverables, and negotiating appropriate engagement terms, e.g.. payment terms, expenses and schedule
Effectively managing the financial aspects of engagements, e.g. invoicing, budget and collection
Developing overall engagement frameworks, plans and program structure; working with client to define resource needs and managing engagement expectations
Developing and sustaining deep client relationships at executive level using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities.
Effectively leveraging and utilizing the firm's resources and credentials to generate new business opportunities and lead selling efforts
Communicating with presence and influence in both formal and informal settings, preparing and presenting persuasive written and verbal materials to executive-level leadership and/or large audiences
Proactively understanding market and industry trends in order to develop business initiatives and relationships that help achieve competitive advantage
Effectively leading internal research projects to enhance the firm's intellectual property.
