We are looking for a talented Finance leader. The role is a high-visibility position that requires an energetic individual with a demonstrated ability to make key contributions in the analysis of financial and strategic issues. The Finance Director will be expected to drive process improvements and develop analyses and metrics to enhance decision-making and visibility into key issues. This role will strongly partner with the Enterprise Security Business Unit, CTO and Corporate Development.
A successful candidate for this position will have a track record of effective business partnering, driving process improvements, and preparing/presenting insightful analysis.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Enterprise Security leadership team.
Work closely with the ES business unit and broader finance team to develop long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts and other operational analysis and reporting.
Develop and/or expand upon existing metrics reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
Provide leadership to finance in streamlining processes, standardizing reports and analytics, cross-training staff
Build strong team; attract, develop and retain outstanding talent.

Education / Experience
•BS Finance or Accounting with 10+ years of relevant experience; MBA strongly preferred
