Job Description:
MC Ops Team partners with the Digital Marketing Team to deliver campaigns across 14 different and unique channels. Our team is constantly strives for operational excellence in campaign execution. We aim to drive innovation and efficiencies with all of our partners and remain adaptive to the changing needs of the organization. The Digitial Marketing Campaign and Operations Director will direct a large team of analysts to drive operational excellence for the marketing organization by delivering all marketing campaigns for the Onsite, Offsite and Loyalty digital channels in Membership Marketing.

Job Responsibilities

· Innovate process efficiencies with all partners

· Execute campaign operational excellence and set team performance goals

· Adapt to changing organizational needs

· Inspiring a team of analysts to achieve their goals by providing outstanding coaching and recognizing accomplishments

· Working with the Team Lead to manage the teams overall daily work and marketing execution plan

· Working with the Team Lead to manage to identity strategies and tactics to increase first rate submission or a similar metric

· Overhauling obsolete processes, working with teams to define system changes, and building relationships that will increase efficiency in marketing execution

· Cultivating community among team members

· Assist analysts in escalating issues with GCO, compliance and AMLG leadership.

· Bachelor Degree

· Knowledge of Meridian system is preferred
