Job Description:
The Director, Digital Delivery, DevOps is responsible for Digital transformation at T-Mobile. This role leads the team responsible for Digital Strategy and Architecture and develops enterprise capabilities to increase revenue and saving cost.
The Director of Development will drive a world-class team as they build a large-scale enterprise application, from development through release and maintenance/support. An ideal candidate will have the broad mix of engineering; management and business skills required to both lead a technical team and drive T-Mobile’s business success. The Director will lead the strategic and financial relationship for key contract labor/managed service providers while ensuring high quality SDLC functions with a regular contingent labor force.
The Director will own and develop the overall strategy, development, execution and ongoing improvement of T-Mobile Web, Retail and Care Digital properties. Provide leadership in the formation of the DevOps team responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of T-Mobile digital properties. Responsible for Build/Release management, Continuous Integration, Performance engineering and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
Drive Digital Strategy & Adoption
Responsible for governance, roadmap, portfolio & delivery management
Drive Digital Platform Architecture, Roadmap and Development
Build and operate all new digital properties required for T-Mobile (web, retail, telesales, indirect dealers etc.)
Create and maintain the framework & process for web properties to be stood up and delivered and utilizes platform capabilities to reduce time to market
Build, innovate and operate Digital platform including technology, process, and change management components, as well as minor continuous improvement including bug fixes and minor feature implementations
Ability to support the delivery of enterprise projects based on size and requirements of the projects
Lead a large team that spans across the entire SDLC, including development, QA, Performance Engineering, Support and other related areas
Responsible for all content operations and analytics related requests for site tagging, site analytics and reporting dashboard creating and maintenance
Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
Minimum Required
10+ years of progressively more responsible management & leadership roles within Telecom & Engineering organizations
7+ years of experience with: Web Architecture, Retail & Customer Care - Portals, Rich Internet Applications and Web Development
Ability to communicate effectively, internally, upward and cross functionally
Ability to lead small, dynamic organization (20+ FTE)
Experience managing cloud strategy & large transformation programs
Ability to represent T-Mobile at technology industry functions
Large scale Program & Budget management experience
Strong organizational skills at the Executive levels and within the Technology function
