Job Description:
Develop, manage and execute highly impactful marketing communications programs to build the LEGO brand image.
• Lead development of an evolving, insights-driven U.S. content marketing strategy and set direction for activation
• Build and maintain processes that support and sustain U.S. content marketing strategy deployment
• Guide local content development, distribution, curation and promotion that meets consumer and shopper needs across owned, earned, partner and paid channels
• Develop and manage a strategic portfolio of local market content to drive brand understanding, relevance, affinity and engagement
• Lead development of local campaigns (and collaborate on global campaigns) designed to reinforce the brand narrative among relevant audiences (e.g. Dads)
• Drive innovation and experimentation in new digital opportunities
• Lead a learning agenda around digital content marketing
• Collaborate with U.S. brand marketing team to guide local product, theme and property content strategies that support business objectives
• Collaborate with the entertainment team, brand team and distribution partners to create programs to optimize content premieres and ongoing tune-in promotion (broadcast, streaming, theatrical, etc.)
• Collaborate with the retail marketing team to inform and develop insights-based content solutions that drive shopper engagement and retailer differentiation
• Spar with senior leaders of key strategic initiatives (e.g. Micromarketing, Omnichannel, etc.) on content and digital marketing
• Drive social marketing intelligence and drive collaboration with global social media team to integrate marketing programs
• Collaborate with Brand team, global search team, LEGO Brand Retail, partners and agencies to optimize search marketing programs
• Participate in the global digital marketing team, securing resources required to support local digital and content marketing programs

• College degree
• Ability to envision solutions and develop sound strategy and strategic processes to support activation
• Proven track record in content development, distribution and promotion, with examples provided
• Must be digital and social media savvy
• Must be results driven, collaborative and have strong communications skills
• Proven track record in managing people and leading teams
• A portfolio of creative, innovative content solutions
