The Art Director needs to possess the ability to lead creative projects, collaborate, prioritize quality, present and communicate ideas, and work well under deadline pressure.

• Lead art direction on assigned projects
• Work with project managers to support a complex graphic production process, overseeing production from brief to final delivery of files
• Present creative ideas to internal clients and collaborate with client to ensure creative is on brief
• Support creative team with design tasks across all media, including print production, web development and television development
• Collaborate across teams and departments
• Serve as an expert with all Brand Guidelines
Your resume and portfolio should demonstrate the following:
• At least 5 years of experience in an internal and/or external creative agency
• Experience in the execution of print and digital communication required
• Experience in leading the concept and execution for the design of consumer packaging
• Strong presentation and communication skills required
• Strong collaborator that thrives within a fast paced creative team
