Director Alternate Monetization Intel Santa Clara

Job Description:
Reporting into the Head of Consumer Product Strategy and Innovation, the Director of Alternative Monetization Products will work across the ISECG consumer BU to drive Free products across PC, Web and mobile. This mandate will require coordination across business units, product groups, technology teams, functional areas, and corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have a balanced mixed of business and technology background along with strong familiarity with mobile, consumer security, alternative monetization models and innovation practices. This role is a catalyst role working collaboratively across the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing and or Computer Science required.
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields desired.
- 10+ years experience working in software with a strong focus on mobile
- Excellent understanding of the user experience and design process
- Deep knowledge of product management fundamentals
- Experience managing a product team using Scrum and/or other agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with behavioral economics and/or psychology related to consumers.
- Experience in leveraging big-data to drive product design (predictive analytics, cohort analysis and multi-variate testing)
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time to key development centers in Canada, China and India.
