Walmart Grocery is looking for Director of Web Experience to set a vision for our store front look, feel and functionality, gain buy in for this vision, and hold the different teams that will execute on this vision accountable. This person would also innovate across our merchandising offerings and capabilities and push the limits as to what our program offers. You will lead a team that will innovate and optimize our website. You will collaborate with our product, engineering, UX, QA and project management teams on the software side, as well as many business teams.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Setting an aesthetic and functional vision for our storefront
Driving innovation in merchandising and introduce new product lines
Developing the leading online grocery customer experience
Collaborating to prepare the storefront and the business to events and holidays such as Thanksgiving and Back To School.
Optimizing conversion of our website, developing a plan to increase conversion and holding the different teams accountable to deliver on that plan
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
Product and / or Customer Experience past-roles with proven track of success.
Clear and unwavering customer obsession.
Experience working in high-pressure, high-visibility role managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with multiple internal and external groups.
Proven ability to directly manage teams.
Ability to work independently or in project teams.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Engineering or Business administration.
Previous experience in product and / or Customer Experience role for an online grocer / food e-Retailer.
Proven track record of success in working for larger companies as well as startups
