Job Description:
Successful candidate will lead the strategy efforts for the ISR Division reporting directly to the VP and Division General Manager and indirectly to the NGIS VP of Strategy.
The Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) division delivers systems and services to the U.S. government in airborne reconnaissance, geospatial intelligence, intelligence analysis, restricted systems, communications, weather, data management, payload integration, and mission support The ISR division specializes in the collection (including command and control), communication, processing, and exploitation of data to achieve a deep understanding of the environment for improved situational awareness and decision-making. Key customers include restricted customers, the Air Force, Army, DIA, Navy, and NGA.

He/she Will Also Be The Primary Liaison Between The Sector Strategy Organization And The Division. In This Capacity The Leader Will

Coordinate engagement and support from the sector market intelligence function to the division. This includes prioritizing information needs and coordinating engagement of key stakeholders across the division
Support the development of focus area strategic plans in concert with the sector planning organization. Candidate will work closely with their division leadership and matrixed sector planning resources to translate market insights into division strategic plans.
Monitor and facilitate the execution of approved ISR Division strategies in collaboration with the Operating Units and staff directors
Be the primary interface in the development of business and investment plans to support annual resource allocation processes as well as the focal point for coordination on quarterly resource board preparation

We are seeking qualified candidates that will preferably be subject matter experts with deep strategic perspectives on our customer’s requirements in the ISR market area for which they are applying. He/she will be able to identify and articulate current mission requirements, how they are expected to change over the planning period and beyond, why, and what it might mean to NGIS either directly or through facilitated engagement with SMEs from across the division. He/she will understand short and long term demand sufficient to shape our strategies and investment planning.
