Job Description:
As a Director Solution Sales at CA, you will be responsible for running a large team focusing on our full suite of products to our Platinum account base. This role is responsible for contributing to CA’s success and customer’s success by building key relationships within the assigned accounts in the NYC Metro market under the care of the six direct reports on your team.

Typically 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales
Experience managing teams of 6 or more direct reports
Adept at navigating complex highly matrixed software sales cycles
Demonstrated ability in mentoring sales teams in the art of closing net new logos and mushrooming accounts
Consistent over quota performer
Expertise in the areas of new business development, relationship building, pipeline management, account development, team building and mentoring
