Pega is seeking an experienced product strategist and marketer to lead Product Marketing for our CRM Applications. Pega CRM applications provide industry-leading capabilities for Marketing, Sales Automation and Customer Service. They powers customer engagement at the world’s largest organizations. In this role, you will lead a team of product marketers to build and execute the “go to market” strategy for Pega CRM apps, build compelling digital content and sales enablement to drive pipeline and bookings, collaborate with Product Management to define roadmap and investment strategies and evangelize Pega’s applications to executives at customer accounts and industry influencers.

Qualifications will include:
10+ years of Product Marketing / Product Management experience
A track record of building and executing a product strategy, measured by growth in bookings, revenue and profit
Technology depth, including an understanding of the CRM, cloud and enterprise application markets
A history of selling and marketing enterprise software at the executive-level within large organizations
A proven ability to manage individuals and cross-functional teams
The ability to express your opinion while listening to others
The drive to get things done
Bachelor’s degree and an “MBA toolkit”
