Director e-Commerce Jockey International Kenosha

Job Description:
Lead, direct and manage the ongoing development, implementation, coordination, and maintenance of Jockey e-Commerce sites. This role will focus on driving conversion through customer experience, email marketing, site content, and personalization. The Director will be instrumental in working across business groups in Retail Store Operations, e-Commerce, IT, Supply Chain and Marketing as part of an omnichannel organization. This role also manages the operations and fulfillment of e-Commerce orders from multiple fulfillment centers to customers.

Scope & Responsibilities
Design and Implement merchandising, email marketing, site marketing, and web site improvement strategies based on deep analysis of the customer experience that grow revenues, retain customers and are consistent with the corporate branding strategy.
Direct A/B testing and advanced personalization efforts and set roadmap for implementation of findings.
Responsible for developing key performance indicators in conjunction with analytics teams and presenting the performance of digital marketing initiatives, both corporate and e-Commerce, to internal teams and leadership.
Insure flawless execution of all email campaigns. Develop and implement new strategies to grow the ROI of the email marketing channel.
Partner with the CRM and customer rewards team to optimize our digital properties to acquire and retain repeat consumers on our sites and in our physical retail stores.
Analyze and interpret metrics data, including financial analysis/modeling for new products in order to maximize revenue and match our consumers with the products they want to buy with the least amount of friction possible.
Manage the strategy and oversee the budget for e-Commerce operations and fulfillment.

Additional Responsibilities
Develop, lead and motivate e-Commerce team to perform against growth expectations.
Work with Director of SEM and marketplaces to attract and retain customers to the Jockey brand.
Keep up-to-date on new technological developments and direct e-Commerce activity to incorporate those developments that offer the most potential.
Ensure the Jockey web-site is always improving customer experience and enhancing our brand perception.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal customers, partners and vendors.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Apparel industry eCommerce experience a huge plus.
Extensive experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Site Catalyst is required.
Minimum of 10 years of e-Commerce experience with emphasis on direct to consumer business.
Experience with startup of new organizations and working in an agile environment is desired.
Advanced knowledge of personalization and data warehouse tools a plus.
Knowledge of customer databases and decision support tools.
Excellent knowledge of current on and off-line marketing tools.
Previous agile project management experience desired.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience with a direct to consumer call center a plus.

Scope Of Position

This leader must have experience building a management team and leading others in complex organizational decisions, have the ability to think strategically while quickly identifying and solving process issues, be action oriented and hold a high level of accountability and responsibility for the management team and self.

Travel – maximum of 10%.Must have the ability to work additional or extended hours as the work demands.
