A charismatic Director of Donor Partnerships to build a program to cultivate and steward partnerships with our incredible donors. You have a strong background in individual giving, philanthropy, or VIP client relations, and you thrive on building relationships.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement a donor acquisition and retention plan to further cultivate relationships and identify new business opportunities with high impact individuals
Act as the primary liaison, internal advocate and thought leader for our donors and influencers
Oversee the strategy and execution of events and activities with donors, including the fulfillment of experiences with our celebrity partners
Work closely and collaboratively across the business development, marketing, and partnerships teams
Our Ideal Candidate:
You have 7+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising (particularly around individual giving and major gifts), philanthropy, client relations, or event planning
Knowledge of tax laws that impact charitable giving, personal assets and estates is a plus
You have a network in place with high-impact donors and a proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of strategic relationships
You have the ability to understand the needs and interests of our major donors in order to develop relationships between them and Omaze
You have excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical and organization skills
You take your work seriously but not yourself
You love people, and are excited to work with a diverse group of partners
You are passionate about creating impact
