You will be responsible for partnering closely with the YouTube Staffing team and the Diversity Sourcing team across our technical and content business functions to identify process improvements and drive candidate flow. You are motivated to work closely with both staffing teams and hiring managers to increase candidate pipeline and accelerate hiring strategies. The ability to handle large sets of data, track candidate progression and drive hiring through our entire interview process are each important attributes for the self-starter needed in this role.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the functional sourcing and staffing teams to strategize and implement pipeline generation efforts.
Be accountable for results, and communicate overall progress to key internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
Work closely with Diversity Sourcing Lead to implement strategies to generate a high volume, high quality pipeline of leads while monitoring the progress of the efforts.
Develop comprehensive profiles of talent. Source and develop passive candidates through networking, complex internet searches and research.
Oversee execution of diversity staffing processes in partnership with YouTube Staffing Team.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program/event planning, recruiting, marketing, HR, consulting or related area.
Preferred qualifications
Extensive recruiting/sourcing experience, including experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems.
Possess expert level sourcing and candidate development skills and high level candidate development expertise.
Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Demonstrates high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills - ability to work closely with internal staffing partners and hiring managers to communicate complex analytics in a structured and clear manner.
