The Services US&C Business Operations Director is responsible for the Services Operating Plan for the United States and Canada. Reporting to the Services Operations VP and the Regional Services VP, the Operations Director manages several teams of people cross functionally and multiple projects and deliverables in order to drive innovation, process efficiency, cost optimization and deliver all operational targets for the region. Focuses on wide-ranging and cross-functional application knowledge. Sets and directs action plans. Understands functional concepts and drives for results.
Responsibilities:
Analyzes the market, industries, geography and current talent within the workforce and uses this information to develop a strategic direction for the region for which they are responsible.
Accelerates the implementation of cost optimization projects across the region to drive cost efficiencies and meet margin targets.
Leads regional management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Representation of the regional operations and guidelines in large global projects.
Ensures that the regional practices are consistent with Services overall Operating Plan.
Leads the region in the Services Transformation initiatives which includes multiple strategic projects.
Helps to achieve profitable revenue growth through the successful implementation of the business strategy.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managed services, consulting or technology industry with a solid understanding of business process, technology and finance related issues
MBA in Operations, Finance, or equivalent preferable
Ability to work within a matrix organization
Familiar with large-scale project implementation and delivery
Articulate communicator with ability to interact and present to executive team.
Fluency in English language
