Job Description
The Senior Finance Director will partner with the business leaders within the Facilities segment of Corporate Services. The successful candidate will oversee all financial aspects of NorAm facilities business and work together with the Senior Vice President, NorAm CS Facilities and the Senior Vice President, NorAm International Large Accounts (ILA) to drive strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing standard processes and procedures to help grow the business and control costs. The position will report to the VP Finance CS and have direct and indirect reporting relationships with Finance team members. Travel estimated at ~25% and may include domestic and international travel. Preferred office location would be a Sodexo regional office.

Position is aligned with a Division President or Division Vice President. Managed volume is <$350M. Manages employees. Manage Capital expenditures and cash flow. Manages cross functional relationships. Provides decision support. Negotiates contracts. Manages total P & L. Works independently with little input from Vice President, Finance. Accountability for implementation of internal controls, and the monitoring of the internal control environment and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field Basic Management Experience- 2 Years Basic Functional Experience – 6 years in accounting, finance or a related field.
