Infinity is an Equal Opportunity Employer. 1. Bachelors, preferably of Science in the Technical and Engineering disciplines, and 8 years of professional experience or a Master’s degree and 4 years of professional experience. A Master’s in Business Administration is a plus.
2. Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory/Management experience mentoring technical professionals required.
3. Strong understanding of business processes and marketing operations.
4. Knowledge of current and past software languages, paradigms and methodologies.
5. Must be proficient in effective project management, team building and technical life cycle development and modern technologies.
6. Ability to communicate ideas, plans, strategies and recommendations in a knowledgeable, professional and efficient manner.
7. Ability to articulate the business drivers of initiatives, projects and strategies. Experience developing Pro Forma, Return on Investments is beneficial.
8. Must have and maintain knowledge needed to identify, adapt and incorporate new technologies into existing environments.
